The Priesthood

The priesthood is the power of God delegated to men to act for the blessing and salvation of all mankind. While we sometimes refer to priesthood holders as 'the priesthood,' we must never forget that the priesthood is not owned by or embodied in those who hold it. It is held in a sacred trust to be used for the benefit of men, women, ans children alike. Elder Jon A. Widtsoe said, 'Men have no greater daim than women upon the blessings that issue from the Priesthood and accompany its possession' For example, our young women should have just as many opportunities for blessings from priesthood leasers as our young men"

Why?

Well, I went through my first year of Seminary this past school year, and my teacher never failed to have a quote each day on the board and I thought they are so amazing they have to be shared so here I am, sharing quotes, but these aren't just good for seminary they are also good for well.... any occasion.
